The perpetrator of Halle Berry was sentenced to prison.
Richard Franco would have entered into an agreement with prosecutors, agreeing not to contest the charge of stalking so that the charge of burglary is withdrawn.
Recall that Franco was arrested outside the home of Berry last year, when police found him in the process of scaling the walls of the house. This was the third time that the man found himself on the property of the star.
Note that Franco has already served 193 days in jail, which means that it is only half of his sentence to be served.
Franco was also sentenced to five years probation when he completes his sentence. He will also undergo therapy for one year. The judge also agreed to extend the restraining order of Halle Berry against Franco for another three years. Thus, he must stay away from the actress over the next 10 years.
