The president of India has approved tough punishment for rapist after the recent gang-rape in India.
Pranab Mukherjee the president of India made this declaration two days after the cabinet ministers had a meeting. He said with this new Law, women in the country will be safe and protected from being raped.
In the new Law, rapists will serve 10years jail term except for cases like gang rape, when a minor is raped and when a policeman rapes someone. For such cases, the rapist will serve 20years jail term...
