Lindsay Lohan reportedly told her friends that she will spend NYE in London without a drop of alcohol. The star of 26 years could go up to 245 days in jail for violating the conditions of her parole from a robbery of jewelry.
According to TMZ, Lindsay Lohan is determined to make a good impression on the judge who will decide her fate and begins refraining from drinking alcohol for the biggest night of the year. The site reports that Lilo plans to make a small dinner in London where she currently resides before joining her family and friends at her hotel.
Her violations of conditions of parole is not the only legal problem though. Lindsay Lohan could be sentenced for assault after hit a woman in a nightclub in New York in November. The star also struggles against her addiction to alcohol . Her father, Michael Lohan , has tried to develop an intervention at her home in Beverly Hills in October. He said earlier this month that he still believes that his daughter needs to move away from bad influences that surround and undergo a rehab for the fifth time.
'' If people stopped to take her money, she would not have problems. Anyway, the price of the treatment would have been supported if it is or agrees to go! I think she wants to go, now the ball is in her court! '' said Michael Radar Online.
Michael promised to organize a program of rehab for Lindsay Lohan, if she agrees to treatment for six months or more.
