George Lucas will retire soon
The legendary director George Lucas announced his retirement from the Hollywood scene, insisting that he did not want to make hit movies, reports Starpulse .

The creator of the trilogy, Star Wars is best known for his work on the franchise of science fiction and adventure films for Indiana Jones.

More recently, he worked on the hit movie Red Tails, but he now reveals that unless a fifth Indiana Jones is announced, he decided to retire from the industry and now prefers to focus on independent projects for smaller scale.

Lucas, 67, said: "I move away from industry, the company, all kinds of stuff. I retire. "

Rick McCallum, who produced the films of George Lucas for over two decades, supported his comments by saying, "When Red Tails is completed, it will have everything he wanted to do. He has done his duty as a man and director."

Recall that the film Red Tails, based on the true story of an air squadron of the army composed entirely of African American pilots during the Second World War, will be on view soon on this January.
